Favourite Argos Memory:  My favourite moment as an Argos Cheerleader would have to be when I choreographed and led the Jr. Cheer team.  I had so much fun!  One girl even gave me a picture that she made of me and wrote a little something at the back of it saying: This is the best day of my life!  The picture is still hanging on my fridge.
 
Occupation:  Dance teacher and Fitness/Pilates/Yoga instructor.
 
Education: Health Promotion/Physical Education Degree.
 
Most embarassing moment:  My most embarrassing moment would have to be last year when we ran on field to perform before the whistle had been blown.  The music started before we even got to our spot.  Everyone was running frantically trying to get to their spots.  To top it off, a bunch of girls collided into each other leaving one girl with a dislocated shoulder.  It was a mess!  I was so embarrassed but we all laugh about it now.
 
Do you speak any other languages (if so which)?: French.
 
Favourite vacation spot: Las Vegas.
 
What do you like to do in your spare time?: I like going salsa dancing.  I love to BAILAR!  (which means dance in Spanish)
 
Workout/nutrition tip?:  You want to switch up your workout schedule every 6-8 weeks to avoid a plateau.  You can do this by increasing the time, intensity or duration of your exercises.  Also, balanced nutrition is key to your success.
 
When did you start dancing?: I probably started dancing in my mom's belly but I started taking dance lessons when I was 5 years old.
 
Why do you like being an Argos Cheerleader?:  There is a lot that comes with being an Argos Cheerleader.  One of the biggest things for me is being able to work with children through programs such as Huddle Up Bullying Prevention, Argo Recess and the cheerleaders' Generation A.  Being a part of this team really connects you with the rest of the community - it gives you a sense of belonging and contributing to the community.  Also, I have to say that I've met some of my closest friends during the last three seasons on this team.  The Argos are like a second familly to me.
 
Any pets (if so what name)?: I have a dog named Precious back home in Sudbury that lives with my parents.

If we could make one dream come true it would be?:  It would be to be able to travel and dance around the world for a living.
 
Who is your role model?  My mom.
 
Favourite Film, Song, Actor or Musician:  My favourite song is "I Hope you Dance" by Lee Ann Womack.
