The Toronto Argonauts hosted their annual Group Leader Appreciation Party on Tuesday, May 12 at Dave & Buster’s in Vaughn.

Over 70 group leaders were given the V.I.P. treatment by the 2009 Argos Cheerleaders, CB Jordan Younger, OL Jeff Keeping and Argos front office staff. Attendees were able to make use of billiard tables, shuffleboard and the golf simulator, as well as enjoy a great food buffet.

The night was centered around thanking the Argos’ Most Outstanding Players, The Group leaders! In 2008, they helped set an Argos single-season record for group sales.

Jordan Younger addressed the group and thanked them for their continued support stating, “We play for you”.  The night concluded with a medal ceremony to thank all of the leaders for their hard work in 2008 and a tip-of-the-hat to another outstanding season in 2009.
